I went through the drive thru, and I went with my brother, we only got 2 things, and there was only 2 cars in front of us, but it took ages!! we waited forever, and the food was good, but oh my word it took so long. we went to the drive thru at around 6:25, and got our food at 7:00. if you’re in a rush, DO NOT GO HERE!

Was the only car in the drive thu and the whole store. Ordered the new Nuggets and a famous bowl. They side it will be 5 mins their making them fresh. I said ok and pulled up to wait. 15 mins go by finally get half of my order. They forgot the famous bowl. Waited another 10 mins for the rest of my order. Then wants give me attitude like it my fault.

Terrible there all terrible. Lady snapped at my wife with her fingers when our order was ready. Every employee I came across was rude, inconsiderate, and acted like every customer was an inconvenience. I’ve been going to this store for over a year, and everytime, I know service is just terrible. If I was this store’s business owner, I would be embarrassed and upset that I had employees that treated customers the way I was treated today

I worked for KFC for six years when I was a teenager. The service we got tonight was horrible! Y’all need some new management. I ordered my food online at 545. I received my order at 640 after I was told to go around to the front of the building and wait and had to drive back around to get it. I spent $98!!! Do better!

Our order was done wrong, and it was admitted that there was a mistake. But the manager comes over and says that we wouldn’t get what they said we would get. How is their mistake ours?? On top of that, the manager was rude about it, and the one who took our order was more honorary than when we 1st came in. Thanks, but no thanks! Not today KFC, not today.

Apparently they don’t open on time! We waited patiently Looks like lobby is closed when drove by, they apparently need new management! Lights were off chairs all on tables There was a line behind us I gave this place a one rating start wish they have a rating for no stars cause that’s what they deserve! Get this undercontrol!
