Not the best, they’re definitely struggling to keep up with service and quality of food. They got rid of a lot of their best selling things like their wings. Very small portions. Although it takes awhile to get your food it’s always hot. They don’t ever give napkins or silverware they forget sauces sometimes. Could use some better staff who know what they’re doing still disappointed they got rid of the Nashville hot tenders and the wings though :////

Lobby is closed “due to staffing shortage”. So I had to wait in the drive through line for an order that was already supposed to be ready, except on top of my food sitting for an extra twenty minutes, no sauce for the nuggets and I PAID for two extra sauces. It’s only fifty cents plus the sauces I should have gotten, but with no lobby, is it that hard to do your job? But they can’t keep enough help for the lobby to be open, so this is probably on the official list of worst places to work in Farmington, or they would have employees.

We ordered on the App. Drive Thru line was long & the Lobby was Closed. Then they forget our 8 tenders that was supposed to come with it. So we basically spent a whole hour at one KFC. They could have give us some cookies for the mistake they made. I wont be going back to that one again.
