This location needs to refresh their food every four hours. I was hoping the food will be great but no it is not. Chicken was kinda of dry, and the Mac and cheese was dry as well.

Got 12 piece bucket. Third straight time, got random pieces, not three each. This time, 5 tiny wings, 2 drums, 2 thighs and 3 breasts. Frustrating. My wife likes dark meat so she got shorted. Last time, I got shorted on light. Good food, polite staff, but this is turning a treat into an irritant.

Biscuits and chicken had just come out of the oven. Chicken sandwich was a little dry and the fries were cold. My son said the chicken nuggets were spans terrible and he wouldn’t eat them. Staff was friendly.

I had to cancel my Uber order aswell as the 2nd order that I accepted. I was out side the door n it was locked and the cashier would not acknowledge me n she looked at me but not even say anything not even a gesture. Except she looked agitated while she was cashing out her register, it was approx 730pm. Closing time is 10pm. I don’t understand why they accept Uber/grub hub orders and payments while they state closed 10pm on the web site if they close hours earlier. If she would have just said we’re closed instead of ignoring me, That would have been nice. I went to my car and called the kfc, she didn’t answer either. N turned off the open sign.

Employees actually raced to lock doors and switch off open signage as I was reaching for the handle a full two hours before posted closing times. Claimed they have been closing early for the past month, and still have not posted any notice of any kind (yet there is a holiday schedule taped to the door).

KFC still has great tasting food. They didn’t put one of the 8 piece in with the rest of the chicken order. When we went back the Manager was polite and quick to repack the entire order with hot food. Thank you, Nothing was wrong with the food. It was hot and delicious, just as we expected. Consistent and great tasting.
