This is the only KFC location in the city that takes the customer needs first. The three customer service employees I dealt with all had smiles and an upbeat tone I’m their voice. They made sure that my order was correct and I was happy before I left. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. Whoever owns this location takes pride in the customer experience. I live about 3 blocks from the central and tramway, but that location is filthy, and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I go out of my way just to come to this location. I think everyone should come here.

Finally getting to a KFC that actually had chicken ready to go was nice. They had the bucket I was looking for and they were very nice there. The KFC on East Central ran out of chicken and told me it would be about 20 minute wait. I was not happy, so I went down Central to the Church’s and guess what No Chicken it was dinner time they said it was a 15 minute wait. I was so angry, I don’t understand how these two chicken restaurants are out of chicken. Don’t you think that they would have had some cooking before they ran out. That just got me so mad I will never go to those two restaurants again. Thank goodness the KFC on Eubank and Menual had chicken. That is not the first time that these places run out of chicken at the wrong time. Come on people think ahead it was dinner time. Myself I don’t like chicken, but I went for someone who had just got out of the hospital.

I did not receive two of the three large Cole slaws that I ordered for delivery. When I called the store, Charlotte stated that the two Cole slaws were still at the restaurant, because a new guy had messed-up the order. She said there was no way to refund the money, because I ordered through the app. She couldn’t have been ruder! She offered no solution and couldn’t have cared less.

The last 5 times I have been there they were out of chicken. Kentucky Fried Chicken “out of chicken”? The manager on duty ‘Sharay’ said they ran out and had to cook more and it would take 40 minutes. I think this store needs a better manager, because not having chicken ready my last 5 visits is way too much!

For a fast-food place that’s been around for years it’s still worth a stop! Delicious veggies and classic chicken. The best sell at this location is the staff. Very polite, efficient, friendly and the place is always super clean if you choose to dine in. 5 stars; 2 thumbs up!

I have visited this KFC location twice and the horrid service I received both times means I will never go back. The first time, the clerk basically snarled at me. The second time, the two workers completely ignored me while they finished their conversation. If I hadn’t paid in advance online, I would have walked out because i was at least five minutes before they could bring themselves to help an actual paying customer.

This lady’s so rude. We called before we walked over and they said the lobby closes at 8, got there at 7:40 and she just waved us off before another employee let us in. She was yelling at everyone working and kept speaking over us as we ordered. Whoever manages this store needs to correct her attitude, she’s always like this.

Ordered a thigh and drumstick at Drive-thru and when we got home and opened the box it was only 6 biscuits. We didn’t get chicken. We returned to the restaurant and returned and it was just comedy. The staff were giggling about it. We got our chicken, but no apologies or nobody said here is an extra piece of chicken, or anything. Just giggles. Very disappointed with KFC.

This was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Food came out fast, that’s the nicest thing I can say. I should’ve taken my food and ate in the parking lot because it was cleaner than the interior of the store. 7 people behind the counter, the cashier a young man with glasses couldn’t be bothered to even wipe the crumbs off of the table. We had to do that when we sat. It’s omg, I just can’t even begin or end with this. Let my pics do the rest.
