We ordered mixed bucket and got all dark. Supposed to be extra crispy, but the coating looked dark brown. Chicken so dry, could not eat. Sides equally bad. Asked how much a soda was and was told drinks do come with bucket meals. THAT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED!!! I ASKED HOW MUCH FOR A DRINK!! Do not eat here unless you intend to feed the coyotes

We ordered a 16 piece mixed bucket and got ALL DARK MEAT except for one wing. How do you screw that up? And when we asked what kind of drinks were available, we were told that drinks didn’t come with the 16 piece bucket. THAT’S NOT WHAT WE ASKED!!! Will be avoiding this place in the future.

Cashier would not accept current coupon for up to 4 orders per coupon of a 2 piece dinner. We were told that they would only accept one per customer. Crumpled coupon so as not to confuse cashier. He refused to wait on us. Terrible service and incompetent workers who can’t understand the English language and honor KFC’s own coupons.

I WANTED A POT PIE THEY WERE OUT! SO I GOT A FIVE PIECE NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN TENDERS WITH FRENCH FRIES AND A BISCUIT AND THE WHOLE ENTIRE MEAL WAS SOAKED IN GREASE, AS I CALLED THE STORE BACK BECAUSE I LEFT BACK ON THE FREEWAY THEY SAID THEY CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT GIVE ME FRESH FRENCH FRIES THE ONES I GOT WERE HARD AS A ROCK SOAKED IN GREASE!
