Note to self…NEVER go to this location again, I have been to this location many times but the last two times have put a end to ever going back again. #1 the service sucks and the cashier was was as dumb as a box of rocks (sorry but true) #2 the chicken was so bad it looked like stripped chicken . # 3 I spent 48.00 $ for it. I hope for other people sake you get it together I hate to see people spend their hard earned money on sub standard food and service,,,,,,to late for me.

We frequent this store. Over the past year, there has been a steady decline in product and customer service. Tonight, we stopped by just to pick up a couple of large coleslaw. We love the product, usually. Tonight’s was AWFUL. There was nothing on it, and there was very little of it. It was just grated cabbage and carrots. Furthermore, the cabbage was stale. Either someone didn’t put any dressing on it along the way, or they neglected to mix it. We doctored it at home to try and make it edible. $10+ wasted. If I had wanted to make the slaw at home, I would have. Get fresh cabbage, too. We’re finished with this store. KFC and Taco Bell really need to address this franchise.

I taste a big difference in the chicken’s batter. It’s not the original anymore from yrs ago. Too bad. Pieces are alot smaller for the big price tag. Popeyes still the better choice, tough to compete with.

Went to KCF/Taco Bell outside of my area since my KFC is being remodeled. I got KFC coleslaw and a Taco Bell Mexican pizza. Yum I hope the renovation on the KFC near me includes Taco Bell. Winning combination!
