Maybe if your food tasted better you would have more customers. Maybe you forgot the 7 herbs and spices recipe. Chicken is bland and tasteless. Biscuits were good. Nice remodeled lobby a little too cold probably to discourage loitering.I don’t think you have to worry about that.

Walking in the door the new layout is very nice and a bit a little chilly. I ordered my food and the music was a little to load in the dinner. When I got my food the French fries were overcooked and the nuggets I ordered were over cooked as well. The manager was talking to an employee about giving her double shifts without asking her. I don’t know either the employee or the manager but if you’re not going to ask the employee why would you want to work there. People do have lives outside KFC or maybe the manager thinks everyone should work as long as her. Sorry but will not be going back to that KFC for awhile again

Someone has to flush out the staff at this location. I gave it two stars since the manager tried to constantly direct their staff to pay attention to the front counter. I had a mobile order that took well over the time displayed. I get it when a location is under staffed but too many bodies just standing around , pacing and not putting any attention to the counter. I had to walk back in to get the rest of my order as it was missing some items. I left and thanked them for the correction. I come back home and missed another item. Props to the manager for their attempt in directing them but the staff gotta go. It’s also aprent this is historically the trend based on reviews.

This review isn’t about the food, it’s about the service or lack of service rather. I went in there around 11 am Saturday and I could hear the kids that were on shift talking and laughing by the drive thru window. I waited several minutes and one guy walked to see the counter area but then went back with the others to continue their conversation. Nobody came out to take my order. I turned to leave and a lady was sitting waiting for her order and she said, if she hadn’t already paid for a very large order, she would’ve left too. The actual manager should be aware of the lack of customer service at this location cause it seems like there wasn’t a manager present.

This new design of the dining area is very decked out. Menu is a tad bigger with a ton of diffrent things you can order. Meduim priced. Lots of parking and seating. Food is pretty good here and service is great. Good music and its a kids friendly environment. Highly recommended.

Been here before and it seemed decent. Come last week after picking up my mother in law from the airport and she got a GLOVE IN HER SODA. I was so shocked. Of course the store never answered when I called repeatedly. I cannot fathom how a used glove ends up in a guests cup. So disgusting. The girl working the window was very kind but they have to improve on cleanliness.

Every empty booth was dirty. When I ordered ,it took a while to get my sweet tea,because cashier was talking with her friend. The chicken was terrible ,the coating was soggy and fell off. Also the music the crew was playing in back was all you could hear.

This is the WORST KFC EVER!!! About a year ago I pulled into the drive thru and ordered a family bucket meal and I was told that they were out of chicken. Really guys?! You are a chicken restaurant!!! Today I was craving their French fries and was told they didn’t have any nor did they have iced tea. Piss poor excuse for a food establishment. They have lost my business for good and word of mouth is amazing bad advertising.
