This place is a waste of time to order online, you go to pick up your Togo order, just to wait 40 minutes to be ready. In the meantime, you see like 20 cars get their food through the drive thru, what is the point of ordering online when you will wait longer than just going through the drive thru.

This KFC location is just finishing out its final days in the old building. Their new building next door will be done in a month or two and you get the impression they’re doing the bare minimum to keep the business going until they move across the parking lot into their new building. They’re still keeping the place clean and getting food out the door, but if something doesn’t work properly, like the diet Pepsi dispenser, they don’t seem too concerned about it. It’s still the traditional, predictable KFC menu offering. Although on our visit tonight, they didn’t have green beans. And the chicken nuggets in my KFC bowl seemed a little overdone. Maybe because it was after 8pm so perhaps I got the tail end of the batch for the day and it may have been sitting in the warmer too long. All things considered, we’ll give them the benefit of a doubt and stop in again sometime. Looking forward to see how things go when they get moved into their new location.

Dont understand the point of online ordering if you gotta stand in line with everyone else and wait??????? My order said it would be ready at 4:43pm, and I didn’t leave the store til 5:05pm!! I saw people ordering and getting their food even AFTER I told him I was there to pick up an online order!!! I seriously thought I would run in, grab my food and leave but had to stand there while everyone else got served, just pointless to call it Online Ordering

Fast, friendly, & efficient service! I was waited on promptly and with a smile. My order arrived before I had the chance to prepare my iced tea. They were out of 3 beverages at the drink Tower during my visit. My chicken was hot and fresh and tasty! The mashed potatoes were very hot as well. My biscuit tasted ok as well. This location is long over due for a remodel, but it doesn’t affect my experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting some hot and tasty chicken!
