These employees need better customer service training. I ordered a simple chicken tenders combo meal and was told to pull up to the parking to wait only for the server to come out moments after I parked. Was asked for my receipt and they forgot an item. I went inside to get the missing item and their was no apology. My combo meal didn’t come with any sauce nor was I asked if I wanted any sauce. Food was not even hot. Chicken tasted and looked stale. Parking lot was practically empty, no excuse for terrible service. Gave the food two stars because my kid liked the fries.

Absolute worst KFC location I’ve ever been to. They lock the doors during the day at any given time. I believe they do it if they get too busy. In the drive thru they take forever to acknowledge you’re there. They’re always out of certain foods. They want to charge you full price for less food. Meals are expensive & the quantity they give you is minimal. Employees have no personality. It’s like the deaf leading the blind. I just saw all the recent bad reviews, should have done that prior to going!

This location needs some leadership. Employees lack simple customer service. On line orders in house time was terrible. I placed an order on line and arrived at the suggested time and my order was not stated. Waited 20 min after arriving for my order, which was incorrect and missing items. It was difficult communicating with the staff because of the load music. Not returning to KFC for a while

The food is good, but the drive threw guy rushed me when taking my order. He said he had put straws into our bags but we didn’t see them in there. We asked for sauce and we only got 2 dipping cups when we ordered 2 big boxes. Disappointed with service but food is ok.

This place is a nightmare!! If you love your family DO NOT feed them food from this location!!! They may die from food poisoning! The teenage “Manager,” George should not be employed; definitely should not be a manager. I went through the drive-thru to pickup my mobile order because the lobby was locked at 6 PM on a Sunday. I was advised it would be another 5 minutes or so. After waiting for over an hour I went back through the drive-thru. I asked about my food “George” told me, “Just cancel it and get out of my drive-thru.” I didn’t want to cancel it. My family wanted KFC. I waited at the drive-thru window. 30 minutes later, I received half my order and the chicken looked like really bad fish. I ended up throwing it all away and COOKING something else!!!

Drive up to drive thru just to be told they weren’t taking drive thru orders .No reason given. Went inside from what I saw enough people working No reason why not taking drive thru orders.
