This KFC service sucks. I waited over an hour after I ordered to get 4 pieces of chicken and a taco. The person who waited on me told the cook left and they didn’t say a thing. After 4 people who ordered after I did left with their food, I went to the counter and requested my money back at which time they said my order was ready. The manager on shift was unable to give me a refund on my card. I will never go to that KFC again. Today. a co-worker told me that he had a similar experience a few weeks ago.

Richfield KFC we ordered one meal box and waited 40 mins in the drive through. We had a baseball game and other things to get to you and we couldn’t get out of the drive-through line and we just sat there in the heat letting her car run. It just wasn’t worth it. They didn’t offer us anything for that long wait. The good was hot and good but the drive through experience terrible.

They asked what sauce I wanted and then did not include it. They forgot my drink and did not include honey butter with biscuit. French fries must have been in the warmer for a while. It wouldn’t be a big deal but when staying in a hotel I have no workaround. I once loved this place.

Every time I go there they forget something. this time I looked at my receipt because they never repeat the order. I noticed a few things were missing, and the girl finally came back to the window to give me my order. I told her that she forgot to add the missing item. She told me well I would have to go around and get back in line because she can’t fix that right now or I can go inside and reorder after already waiting for 15 minutes to get my food.

Besides an outrageous price for 8 pieces of stale chicken and some cold mashed potatoes, we were 5 miles down the road when we realized there was no silverware, no napkins, no dipping sauce. This tiny town does not have enough competant people to run their food establishments.
