I love KFC, I grew on it as a family holiday dinner, so it was a special treat. I’m a big fan of the Famous Bowl and the Pot Pie, my favorites. The only reason I’m giving this particular location 4 stars is because my friend and I waited at the service counter for about five minutes before anyone even noticed us (if they noticed sooner, they didn’t say anything). Still, it’s not terrible, just annoying. In any case, everything else was great!

Definitely never going here again! The employees was not helpful at all with the menu! I ordered a famous bowl and they did not put any gravy on it at all so it was just really really dry! If you are out of something don’t serve it! Or they just didn’t care at all

We went on Friday night at 7:28 p.m. to try the new crispy chicken sandwiches and were very disappointed. The employee working the drive thru was rude and rushed us. When we got home with our food, each sandwich had 2 chicken tenders that were not edible because of how hard they were. They looked and tasted like they had been under the warmer all day and should have gone in the trash but we’re served to us instead. The fries were cold and we got the smallest ones so I assume they had been under the warmer for quite some time as well and were the ends of others fries throughout the day. $20 for 2 combos, not worth it. I requested Saturday to be contacted and it’s now Monday and I haven’t heard a thing. This is the worst KFC location so save yourself a trip and drive to another because this one will give you the trash food to make money.

we made an order that cost 29 dollars, where it said extra crispy chicken, apart from the fact that the chicken was not cooked since they use frozen chicken, it had nothing crispy but even flaccid without color or flavor. It was the worst disappointment to have gone to this place, we will definitely not buy in this place again.

Pulled up to the drive through in the rain with nobody in front of us and they made us wait for 10 minutes until we could order…I ended up soaked before they finally took my order and then they made us wait in the parking lot for a few more minutes before they brought our food. Should have taken a lot less time.

I ordered a $20 12 peice fill-up and a pot pie. They were busy and looked like training a new guy. While everyone was nice enough I waited for 25-35 minutes for my order. I got home and 4 out of the 12 chickens where dry and old really disappointed. The biscuits were a bit dry as well as if they had been sitting out for a while. I once worked at KFC. And I know you have to take the chicken out after it passes a certain time limit. But really please don’t give a customer something that you yourself wouldn’t eat. You can see the color difference between the fresh and dry. The dry went in the garbage

Came here to eat on a Thursday evening, just after 6pm. It took about 9 minutes to get our order of a couple famous bowls, 4 biscuits, and 3 chicken strips. All the food was hot and seemed fresh. Tables and bathrooms were clean.

I have been here twice on 2 different dates & ordered 2 different drinks. Their drinks taste like mold OR they have not cleaned out their filter for a while. (When you order food in the evening it’s either too dry or old) other than that fix the drinks machine.
