Absolute joke of a place, if there was an award for worst customer service this place would win everytime, the attitude of the counter staff was disgraceful, so bad I wanted to just grab hold of the person and teach them some manners, unfortunately I cannot comment on the food quality as I walked out in the end, whomever is the franchise owner you should be disgusted with the attitude of your staff, maybe also give then a lesson or two in personal hygiene too as the small of body odour and bad breath was pretty overwhelming too.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. When the guy took our order we ordered the kids meal first asked for a root beer float with it instead of telling us it don’t come with one he just put down for no drink. So we had to wait for our food the lady was nice but when the guy came out he’s like whats the problem we said we didn’t get our kids rootbeer float he’s like well that don’t come with it ok well we didn’t even get a drink. Instead of saying what would you like to drink he’s just kept saying the float don’t come with it. And then me and my husband got chili dogs and the hot dogs wear so dry and like rubber the chili was so gross too.

There’s some snotty teenagers that work there (boys) I tried to pay cash one day and they said they rather I have a card, he gave little explanation, I honestly think he didn’t want to give me change. I should of requested a manager, instead I decided to leave ASAP. What kind of establishment doesn’t run the register and except cash? Makes no sense to me.

Had the Country Chicken Fried Steak special. With mashed potatoes and cold slaw, and biscuit. Washed it down with a Pepsi. Came hot and tasty. Only disappointment was the spork was light weight and would not cut the chicken. Should have had a knife. But it was a Great lunch. Friendly employees to help you out. Drive through was the only thing open. But was quick.

Poorly run franchise. Super dry chicken. They only had drumsticks left. 6 tables were dirty and no one was there but us. Trash on the floor. The kitchen was dirty. The employees kept saying they are out of chicken. How can you be 86’d of the principal product you sell!? It’s like going to an Apple store and they are out of IPhones. KFC is good… just not this one. Read this and run to another one.
