The fries were absolutely amazing, but that’s about it. Food took forever to come out. The employees were friendly enough with me, but they seemed super stressed out. They also got my order wrong. They ran out of ice in the soda machine. I seriously cannot stress how amazing the fries were. Everything else tasted bland. Especially the nuggets. Overall, 2/5

The servers ignored me for 8mins as they flirted with each other. I was standing waiting for awhile trying to catch their attention, then finally after getting their attention, it wasn’t even cooked all the way. The breading wasn’t cooked inside and some meat was pink. I understand that it depends who works there but during the day, these cooks and servers disappointed me and it was on my Anniversary.

I went through the drive thru to order lunch because I was working. I gave my order several times to the person at the speaker. When I got to the window and paid for my food, the lady at the window told me to go park in front of the store and wait for them to bring out my food. She did not give me my receipt either. I waited, and when the different lady came out to my car with my order. It was incomplete. I asked the person about the missing item. She said you didn’t order that. I told her that I had. She went in to check to see about the item. She came back out and told me I had not ordered the item that I was going to have to pay for it. I was on a time crunch. I said forget it and drove off. Then, while I was on my way, I called the store and asked for the store manager. She told me it was her who took the order and that she forgot to put the item on the order. That it was my fault and that I would have to pay for the item if I really wanted it. I hung up the phone. I went on eating the food that I did get. The fish was greasy, old, and tasteless, and the fries were cold and greasy.

The food is KFC. It’s good chicken. Not outstanding but good. The staff is nice, but their attention to detail can be frustrating. The last two visits our orders were wrong. Ordered two buckets of chicken each time. First time got 12 peice buckets when ordered 16s. They made it right, so went back. Second time received white meat bucket when ordered dark meat. Decided to not call this time. We’ll just go to Albertson’s
