There was nobody else in store or in the drive-thru and it still took quite a few minutes to have anyone come help. She then said just “hi” in a completely monotone voice and waited another minute or so before asking what I wanted. I got my food and opened the biscuit to see it was still just raw dough in the center. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location and I don’t go often.

Went through the driver through. They asked me to pull to the front and they would bring my order out. 25 minutes of waiting, I went in and waited my turn. A young man was headed outside with my food. I asked if it was mine, he told me about the mishap and gave me a free chocolate cake for my patients. Only complaint is having to wait that long.

The thing about KFC in general is they’ve truly lost the art of preparing quality food consistently. I have eaten at this KFC several times and only once was it fresh. In addition, the prices are ridiculous for the food. $33.00 + for an 8-piece.

As I came to the drive through I was greeted normally. When I attempted to order a simple 8 piece meal, I was told that they couldn’t serve any more chicken. Apparently the batch that was in the frier was sold, as well as the next batch.

Food was good. A door dasher try to say my personal online pick up order was an order that was unassigned to her so she was trying to take free food. I think the staff needs to pay closer attention to door dash orders and personal online orders

Got here at opening, the ignored us for the first few minutes in the drive thru then was extremely rude when taking our order and had us pull to the front of the store to wait even longer. I am very disappointed in the service provided.

2nd bad experience in the last 5 visits, over as many months. The 5 piece strip meal consisted of 5 smallish strips. 1 was excellent (the one that keeps them in my line up), 2 & 3 were ok, the 4th was barely tolerable and the 5th was so hard and rubbery that the other four about came back for an encore. The fries and biscuit were decent, but the drink was literally 5 oz of Pepsi over a full cup of ice. All this for $15.25. That’s absurd and price comparable to a Steak dinner at the nearby Texas Road House. With Chik-fil-et being only 30 yards away, KFC had better step up their game or it’s Hasta La Vista for this customer. I rarely complain, as I have a pay your nickel and take your chances kind of attitude. However, this tremendous surge in prices over that last couple of years with companies that have raised prices and lowered quality is getting very old. Get it together and start giving the customer their monies worth. High prices can sometimes be unavoidable, but not caring about your food quality and value for your customers hard earned dollar just shows an apathetic corporate mentality.
