DISGUSTING: Chicken (8 pcs) (3 combos) all had feathers still attached to them, were battered and fried that way. The coleslaw was warm and the biscuits were so dry they crumbled. Nothing was in KFC containers or boxes, it was served in a hefty brand 3 section foam container. When I went back into the store to return it I was told by the manager that they don’t have control over the feathers, as if that was supposed to stop me from returning the disgusting food I just paid $43.00 for. I didn’t have enough hands to bring the drinks back in with me and she wanted me to go get them or she was going to charge me for them. I understand that they should also be returned, but no need to be snotty about it, overall your customer service etiquette should have just said to keep them for the troubles. As a store, you do have control over what you get, if it’s not the expected quality then complain up the chain because that is not the quality expected for the prices paid. Honestly, how can you serve deep fried chicken feathers to customers and think that’s ok???

What a sad experience this was I ordered lunch for our family. I ordered three red chili burittos no beef, instead I get burittos with just beef that were a joke. Maybe a tsp of meat inside and these were for someone that can not consume any beef. A big thumbs down. Poor service poor food I will not be back! I ordered from Taco Bell and KFC around 6:30pm on a Wednesday. Food from the KFC side was noticeably warmer, but both sides were up to par. As for the low service rating: they ignored my request for cutlery and sauce and I had to go inside and get it myself. All things considered it’s okay…

Chicken cooked to perfection! Place is exceptionally clean & everyone very nice & friendly! I love this Waldenburg, Colorado K FC❤️❤️❤️….. I hadn’t ate at a KFC in over 20 years due to filthy establishments & poor quality food. I will continue to go to KFCs now! I did miss my coleslaw & mashed potatoes & gravy + the best biscuit!

Restaurant was disgusting, soda in the floor when I got there and 30 min after I left, untouched, tables weren’t wiped down. 3 of the fountain drinks just came out fizzy water, no pot pies and a 15 min wait for biscuits, cuz who would think someone would come to KFC and order biscuits???? First impressions are everything. We walked in the door and it was filthy (see photo)! We had to visit the restroom before we ordered and there was a sign saying the restroom was checked every 30 minutes and if it wasn’t clean, to let the manager know. Hmmm. If it was checked, that person must have had a different frame of reference for clean … or blind!! Although the toilet and sink were fairly clean, the stall doors, walls, trash cans and floor didn’t look like they’d been cleaned in MONTHS and were disgusting!!

Filty the dining area and the restroom seems it hasn’t been cleaned. The chicken doesn’t taste like KFC at all and no spices on the recipe the cashier is miserable.

Rating this three stars because the food came out fast and hot. The cooks were working hard. The lady at the front was very rude. Horrible customer service. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because they were busy but she was shouting and slamming stuff and gave me the nastiest look any time I asked for anything. Very unappealing.
