Absolutely filthy inside. The stickiness on the floor from soda and who knows what was so bad that my shoes were literally sticking to the floor. There were an abundance of flies all through the restaurant. It was so filthy, we just threw our food away and left.

Placed a pick up order of 3 separate meals. One of the meals was not of the flavor selected and another meal was short half of the meal, (2 sides). When contacting to advise there was no accountability taken, no apology given, extreme lack in customer service. I realize it’s fast food however, when a customer advises of error an apology should be the first thing provided.

I have been to this KFC twice in 3 weeks for chicken fried steak.Both times I asked if I could have Mac and cheese instead of Coleslaw and they said yes. Both times, I got Coleslaw. I think they don’t care since you are driving away. Not sure I will be going back.

This staff works hard day in and day out to keep a pristinely clean, calm, collected space. I always go inside when visiting this location and this place is run seamlessly whether business is slow or busy. Never had an issue with the food I’ve received, and I’ve definitely never had an issue with the service I’ve received. Amazing staff and restaurant, 5 stars across the board ⭐️

The chicken sandwich was bottom of the barrel. Cost was insane. Wish I got actual chicken leg and thighs instead. The fillmore location was better but it closed even though they use to have many issues. Mac n cheese was old. A&w saving this place. Burgers were fair. The signature kfc fries didn’t have much flavor. Get someone from Kentucky here asap!

Do not purchase the Chicken Pot Pies. My child found a big piece of bone in the pot pie. My child could have missed this and choked on it!!! I won’t go to this location ever again as I called KFC to make them aware and said from the start I don’t want free food I want the problem fixed so no one chokes to death on a bone in a pot pie. The guys response to the bone being in the pot pie was that this is normal and it happens often.
