We will never be back to this specific location. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was told it would take 6 minutes to drop fresh. After a 45-minute wait in the parking lot, food finally came out.. the fries were cold, so we asked for hot fries. They salted them to the point they were inedible..

I went to this location to find biscuit dough lining the outside wall trim. I waited 40 minutes in the parking parking lot only to receive half of my order. I was called “sir”( very obvious I’m a woman )by the “manager” I watched a person get pulled over get their ticket and leave, I watched not one but two employees leave for the night 7 cars that were waiting ahead of me received their orders I’m still sitting there… take my advice do not come here hywy 85/87 morale can’t possibly get any lower not to mention basic standards. If you value your time and don’t want greasy, over cooked,dry, chicken avoid this location. Obviously their corporate office doesn’t care to even look at the reviews or something should have been done by now .

Ordered online and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still no food. When I got there went to drive through. And girl said to pull around to the front of the store and come inside they were working on it. Went inside and confused person at checkout said why did you come inside? Told him I was told to and girl behind him said she didn’t want to have to walk outside to bring food out. Guy at register kept clearing orders off screen and writing orders on cardboard food trays. People working behind in back are kept filling orders off screens that came in after orders written on trays. Nobody was checking orders on trays until people would get mad and demand their food. Finally got food and went home only to realize biscuits were missing and containers with coleslaw and mashed potatoes were only half way filled. Go literally right next door to Popeyes. Trust me.

If you are backed up and cannot make your morning constitution, eat here!! This place will clear you out and help you be be “free flowing” for weeks. The service is terrible and the food is worse. After the lobby closes it only gets worse. And if you’re a door dash driver I feel Teri or for you getting food from this place.

The fast food in Fountain is a disaster. Dirty, slow, expensive, employees suck….you name it. However, not this KFC. You can tell a well managed place and this seems like one. Food was hot and fresh and service was polite and kind. I recommend it

Sometimes I stop at fast food restaurants expecting subpar food. This time was not the case! The drive through was super fast and the staff was very courteous. My order was 100% correct and was missing no sauces. When I got home, the food was hot, fresh and delicious! Very good value for the price. I definitely recommend this KFC location. I will be back.

I do not know what has happened to KFC in the past few years, but I have had bad experiences at numerous locations. Because of who they used to be I want to keep trying. This time the worker at the window was very rude, cutting me off when I was ordering and speaking over me. I just left. I can confidently say that I will never try them again.

They forgot both of our sides of mashed potatoes – we only got gravy. The drive thru lady was super rude and short with me when I asked for a receipt. Only positive was the chicken was warm.

Store is always clean and organized. I love kfc but this location always has the most greasy chicken I’ve had from any kfc which is extra disappointing if you like extra crispy since it’s so greasy it’s not crunchy anymore. Staff seems stressed and unhappy.
