I came in to order food they repeated the order and gave me a receipt with the correct order and yet got the order wrong. I called to get a refund for the incorrect item and had an emergency while getting the refund so i had to call back the next day. I spoke to a manager named Monica. She refused to give me a refund and told me I had to drive to the store to get one. I live 45 minutes away. I asked for a store manager she wouldn’t give. me a name or leave a message. I asked for a district manager or someone who could help. She refused to help started yelling at me telling me she wasn’t going to argue with me and told me to google for more help then hung up on me. I called back and she continued to yell and tell me she isn’t paid to do this kind of stuff and told me if I called again she would call the police for harassment. It was very hard to have a logical civil calm conversation with her. She was very angry over doing her job duties. I was pretty shocked. All I wanted was a refund for an order they made wrong and consistently get orders wrong many other times I have not said anything until now and really can’t understand the disrespect. The yelling and the threats for involving police. All i needed was to be directed to someone who can help without being yelled at, hung up on, and told to google my issues. I am appalled that employees, managers at that, treat people this way. I will keep the wrong order and never go back to be treated like that again or get low quality food from an establishment that hires employees that act with no regard for basic respect for other people. I am the one who lost time and money going here to also be treated so poorly is beyond me. No thanks.

Picked up three chicken fried steak dinners this afternoon, they tasted old and you couldn’t even cut them with a serrated knife. Also, hardly any gravy. I never tried chicken fried steak before and the first time I came here it was delicious. I followed up by having it six more times, but today, the seventh time, I will never go back

I was at this restaurant yesterday and ordered alot of food due to family in town,the gal that took my order at the drive thru was polite but wanted to split the chicken half original and half crispy because it would take 17 minutes to make a new batch of chicken,I was ok with waiting for my order to be the way I wanted it so I paid and pulled around to spot 2 for my order,she first came out about 15 later and it was not my order so still waitng another 15 minutes,she came out with my order and I trusted it would all be correct due to the long wait,no problem..

Takes forever and service was terrible. Asked us to pull around to wait when we went through drive thru and had to go in after waiting 8 minutes. Still didn’t have our food ready for another 5 minutes. Then they were annoyed we walked in looking for our food. Got home and order was messed up. Never going back.

For your own sake AVOID THIS KFC IN WINDSOR AT ALL COSTS! $8.50 for three chicken tenders. Had to pull around and park and wait 15 minutes for then to bring them out. Nowhere to park because another 20 cars waiting for orders (see photo). Finally get the tenders and not only are they the tiniest, over cooked, dry pieces of chicken ove ever seen but they’re also cold! Thus place sucks! Do not go here!
