Don’t waste your time here. Started by not giving me a receipt and should have known then it was going to be disappointing. Then they handed me our polar swirl and milkshake with ice cream all over the outside of the cups. My polar swirl had at best a 1/4 of a Reese’s cup. Absolutely no pieces, just flakes of chocolate but the milkshake was good. We were then handed our bag with one of our pot pies turned completely on it’s side, which when we got home had the top cracked. Our cheese curds were actually completely upside down and almost fell out of the container. The cheese curds and secret recipe fries were inedible. They both tasted like they were fried in old oil and were soggy from the beginning as we always eat the fried stuff on the way home. The pot pies weren’t horrible but they definitely were really peppery and had giant chunks of chicken that were hard to eat. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t have mattered because we were also given no utensils. Extremely disappointing experience after spending almost $40, more than half of it was just thrown away.

It’s a great place to get a quick bite to eat when you are in the go. It’s really improved from the first time I went there in 2016. The staff is a lot more attentive than they were before. It still need to get a little TLC in the lobby but I don’t mind going in from time to time.

I got violent food poisoning last night from a Chicken Pot Pie. Was in agony from 8:30 pm to 10 am. I tried to call to warn them, but their phone is busy all the time. I believe it was improperly stored or old.

The way this guy messed up my order can only be described as comical. He asked three times if I said I wanted mashed potatoes instead of fries (I did) and confirmed twice I wanted the spicy sandwich (I did) and I managed to get a regular sandwich with fries. A drink without a straw. I understand being busy but maybe just slow down for a second and focus on what you’re doing

Mixed up order, giving us cole slaw v mac and cheese as ordered. Provided no butter nor honey for the rolls, and omitted providing napkins with the order. It seemed whole crew was asleep at the switch. Wasn;t due to being too busy. We were the only car in drive through lane on this visit.

Staff here is very unprofessional and likes to joke and mess around. Stood in line waiting to order for about 10 minutes, mind you we were the only ones in line at the time. We had to stand and wait for the staff to stop laughing and getting through their jokes before deciding to finally serve us when we asked if we could order. Make sure you check that your order is complete when using the drive-thru. Every time I come I have missing items. Today, I ordered a combo, and because I was on a time crunch, I pulled away without checking. I discovered that I never got my sides or drink from them.

Guy at counter was very friendly but the kitchen staff was a little disorganized and forgetfull when It came to dishing out orders. They served the 2 customers that came a few minutes after me before I got mine and forgot my shake and the guy at the counter has to keep reminding them of the missing orders
