The manager Jess is a horrible person my food was served to me cold. Last night when I called she was going to replace it, and she was very apologetic. when I come back and today she said she received no complaints last night and my food was made to order. I come here about 15 times a month. I will never return to this one again. She needs to be reprimanded. She is definitely not an asset to this company, but a definite liability. The company will lose a lot of business due to her alone.

So where to begin, firstly it was a highly disappointing visit to this KFC. I came at 11:20 in the morning and the door was still locked. We came in the young manager apologized saying she was super busy, with nobody in the store, and one car in the drive through. Obviosuly she has never worked in a fast paced environment before. Got to the counter no greeting , cold reception, no thank you after the purchase, dining room was in an abysmal state. She kept telling customers as they came in exact change, or card only. Now I highly doubt that the store had no change in it. infact, after having witnessed the laziness of the “manager” i believe she woshed to avoid doing any work. Sat down the food came out fast, so I thought “at least the food was fast”. I was wrong. The leg only had half it’s slin on it, the buscuit was smashed with black soot like material on it, the chicken little was covered, and i mean covered in the mayonnaise. Over all a terrible service and food experience. If you want this place to turn around, I will gladly help you with it, unlike these young kids that are running the store, I have 12 years of head chef management experience. Dirty and very slow but the food was good at least. At McDonald’s you see people cleaning all the time, not one person did the whole visit. Seemed to be understaffed possibly. Won’t be going back until they get a major overhaul.

Chicken was good as usual. Mac & Cheese was cold. Biggest complaint was it took several minutes of standing at the counter before being greeted. The a couple more before getting our order taken. The person barely knew how to take the order. Not my best experience at KFC.

Waited for 20 minutes stuck in the drive through to be told to go astound and wait. Waited 15 more minutes, went back to the drive through to see what was wrong and they said “idk what happened” . The girl in the drive through gave us a strawberry shake to make the 40 min wait better. So 3 stars for that! For what is worth the food was good.

In the area so googled what as open. Surprisingly this KFC opens at 10a so stopped in. They just opened so the cashier let me know they could only take card, no problem, so ordered the K8 – 3 pieces, 2 sides, a biscuit and a drink for $13. Came out quick, fresh and tasty. Only complaint is KFC biscuits were once normal sized now they’re the size of a quarter.

We purchased $70 of chicken and sides we arrived home to find out we were 10 pieces of chicken short. Went back to the KFC on 200 Wadsworth Blvd to talk to the GM just to be told she was not going to give us the missing chicken because we didn’t bring the bucket back and she was extremely rude and unperfesoonal. Horrible!!!! The only thing this kfc has going is friendly employees but sadly they are lazy AF! First I carefully drove into the drive thru the parking lot and the drive way into the parking lot are littered with huge pot holes. I ordered an eight peice chicken strips meal and two chicken littles, came out to $40 and change. Had to pull forward to wait for my food received fresh fries that were delicious sadly the strips along with the chicken littles were burnt or sitting under a heat lamp for hours they were horrible. My chicken littles were hard as a rock and the strips were black and dark brown. Never coming back to this kfc again.
