Got the $20 box yesterday, I literally live 3 minutes behind this location, got home snd the fries were old and stale, 90% of them were too hard and cold to eat. The biscuits were dry & cold and seem to be sitting out. The chicken was okay but was soggy, the only thing edible were the nuggets. They also shorted my daughters kids meal by 2 nuggets. This is poor management and food service quality needs to be revamped. You can clearly see in the photo how old this food was. Ridiculous

Employees lie about deals plainly posted on drive through menu. Ordered a 14 piece and qualified for a beverage bucket. When asked if I qualify they stated I did not, when I read them their menu stating anything above a 12 piece qualifies the story changed to they were out of beverage buckets. Customers aren’t idiots, don’t treat them as such.

The food here is usually good. Except for today. I bought a family meal, and after consuming half, we noticed that there was pet fur cooked into the crust of the chicken, and I mean all the chicken. Which is unsanitary. When I called to speak to the manager on shift, I was offered to bring back what was left to exchange the leftover chicken for more chicken.

I give it a 3 star because it’s the closest and cleanest KFC near me. I have been a couple times since the Grand Opening, and hope things get better. I was disappointed the last visit with my order, I got a 2 piece meal with drumsticks and they were very small, little meat. Also ordered the waffles and chicken strip meal and the waffles tasted like some dessert waffles I picked up at Costco.

Terrible service. Ordered online and they got the order wrong and Ana the manager refused to fix the order. For a manager she has horrendous customer service. As a manager she seriously needs classes to improve her performance in this area. The service and food is hit or miss since it has opened.

The chicken wraps were terrible. 1 was smothered in mayo and the other was cold with only chicken in it. I don’t understand why they have you pull over and wait. Then the food comes out terrible. I called corporate. Obviously from these reviews the manager there doesn’t care about the quality of the food. I highly recommend eating somewhere else.
