Today had a bad experience! Dined in, the restaurant was really busy and spotted a lady assuming she’s the manager by the name I heard “Mari” just yapping away with a gentleman assuming they are managers because of the fact they were dressed differently than the other employees. The store was really busy even people were leaving, losing sales! I feel bad for the other employees because I only saw one really working hard she was literally running around handling everything. Obviously KFC Management doesn’t believe in teamwork and doesn’t care about sales because they lost a bunch of customers due leaving. Management should not think they are kings or untouchable they should set the example and be in the fire with everyone instead of just sitting down in the office and yapping away losing customers. Such a shame. I would hate working for them!!!

We had to wait 45 minutes for an online order. We would have received our food faster at a regular restaurant. We called 7 times and no one ever answered our calls. Unbelievable and completely unacceptable customer service!!

The only reason I came to KFC was because I had a coupon. Sad to say the restaurant was filthy, and the food was ok at best. The floor was greasy and almost like a slip and slide; the grease attracted a family of flies. They took 25 minutes for an 8 piece mixed order with no sides or drinks when the restaurant was nearly empty. The employees were sympathetic, but seemed to lack any managerial guidance. I can not in good conscience recommend that anyone should come to this KFC.

Eeewholee. The price of chicken has gone way up. Back in the day the guy who brought the KFC to the picnic was on food stamps. Now they come rolling up in a Tesla convertible with a bucket of chicken in the passenger seat bragging about not using a coupon. Good thing there’s Church’s and Popeyes. But sadly, those 7 herbs and spices are addictive, and my craving must be satisfied. Just hook me up with one of those candles that smells like the gravy and I’ll get by…… for now.

Terrible service, the lady that took our order had bad attitude. They only had legs and thighs, we could the food was not freshly made, soda machine was broken and the restaurant was extremely cold, we could not stay more than 20 minutes because of how cold it was.

decided to try again BUT I offered the 20.00 follow up, which is SUPPOSED to be 2 legs, 2wings , 2 breasts and 2 thighs. I requested no thighs and 2 extra legs what I got was 6 FREAKING legs one decent wing and one wing which looked as though it had already been eaten. This is AFTER I made sure to ask about the 2 breasts, so I could have 1 and my mom could have the other. I was assured of there being 2 breasts in our fill up, NOT!!!
