I ordered (2) 2 pc dinners with a wing and breast to go. Instead they gave me both dinners with a leg and thigh. How difficult is this? Only half full container of mashed potatoes and plain coleslaw, no dressing of any kind. No matter they have such a bad overall rating.

Last time I come to this place. Between 4 people couldn’t agree weather the company sold or didn’t sell cookies.second time they don’t give us biscuits. Our order was nearly 90 dollars and to be played for a chump and given potatos as a substitute is a poor excuse. Only 3/4 of the order was satisfied.

Placed an order for (2) three piece meal. I bring it home and find out my three piece meal I paid for turned out to be a (2) piece meal. I want KFC customers at the Anthony location to inspect their orders before taking them home to be disappointed that the personnel at this location cannot fill an order correctly ! This is not the first time either that this has happened only that this time I made time to complain about reoccurring mishaps that cannot be brushed off as everyone make mistakes but not repeatedly! A very disappointing outcome that has soured my confidence in this location compared to other KFC locations I have frequented in the past !
