Half the order wasn’t put on the computer since he didn’t repeat it back we had no clue until we got our receipt. The tables were dirty. Had to ask for butter. Chicken was not hot. Luke warm at best. While waiting for our order I was brought out of my trance by the employee yelling across the room asking if I had a problem. I didn’t but kinda do now.

Waited in like for nearly 15 minutes. I was the only car in line at the time one patron inside. I don’t what the hold up was considering there was clearly chicken and other items out and in the hot food areas. I only know because I went in to get a refund since the drive thru was five car deep at this point with someone else waiting for food behind me also not at the window.

Went through the drive through of this location at 6pm (dinnertime) and we got our food so fast! The fella working the drive through was so thoughtful and kind and funny! I never usually leave reviews, but his personality made me feel the need to. Great customer service! 10/10 will definitely be back again!

Placed an online order and I allowed extra time as it was a big order. I get there to be told it would be another 20-30 minutes before it works be ready. We wait. Come in to ask abt my order & another customer is getting a refund for 2 crispy legs that they couldn’t produce. As I’m waiting my turn they send out a drive thru order who got there after we did! Then we ask for a refund & they can’t give one since we ordered thru the app. We’re told if no one claims the meal on 5 days we can get a refund. I look at the app & it says my order was completed. The manager then said he’d make our meal personally & did. Then forgot a side, good thing we looked at our order to check if we got everything. After an hour and 15 minutes we finally get ALL of our order. Never again will we visit that location!!!

Burnt chicken all of it asked for extra crispy never going back again, spent 22 dollars for nothing. Will not be going back. The 20 dollar big box was a waste. The whole family has trouble eating it, it either set out to long, or they had old grease. Either way it was burnt and not good. The maconrini and cheese was okay, try to call talk to a manager no one answered.

I didn’t actually go here in person but I ordered from this store on doordash. I ordered the 8pc chicken and 8 piece tender combo with a large side of macaroni and cheese. The bag was sealed when it arrived and we didn’t get our Mac and cheese, sauces, or biscuits. I normally wouldn’t bother writing a review on a doordash order but this was very disappointing as all three of my kids wanted the Mac and cheese and biscuits. Do better people.

Food was tasty, the thighs was a little undercooked. The service was tense, need more training in how to use coupon’s when paying. The atmosphere was also tense, need more training in Customer Service. Place was empty, besides 1 customer and myself, now he was friendly.

We waited 15 min in drive through with only one other customer there. They got my order wrong so I went inside to get it fixed. Management was aggressive and rude. I hardly go to KFC and I won’t be back because of the horrible way you manage your store.
