The people working there seemed really disinterested at anything to do with customers or even pretending to show the slightest concern with anyone listening to them talk about drama and complaining. It was like they had all just given up, and gave zero f’s anymore. They hadn’t even noticed that I had placed an online order until I showed up, and they still messed it up anyway. The chicken was even mangled, half the pieces had the crust half torn off. And there were only 2 other customers, a couple, waiting on their order, and an empty drive thru. It’s not like they were busy or rushed. And that doesn’t even get into the weird pile of garbage (a stack of greasy old pizza boxes) sitting next to the register.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It started when I got there and I should’ve left. Right when I walked in the lady who was “working” the drive through screamed “this man is being a b**** about a receipt!” Manager said just go walk it off. I decided to hit the restroom instead of heading to the counter because I didn’t want to end up cut. There was no soap or paper towels in the restroom and when I told the lady at the counter she said “figures”. I hope the kitchen had soap. I ordered my food and sat down. While sitting the angry drive through chick came back, still big mad. When I got my food I asked for dipping sauce and napkins. Fresh out of napkins so they handed me a wet roll of brown paper. Nice. A higher up with the local fire dept came in sat down and he and I gave eachother concerned glances as the angry drive through lady was cussin and ready to fight someone.

This is by far one of the worst restaurants I have been to. The whe workers had the worst attitudes I have ever seen. People should learn that when you’re dealing with the public you should leave your attitude at home. I understand people have bad days but you need to leave that outside of your work. Just sad.

I hate to be “that person.” Full disclosure: they got my order wrong but my friend threw away the receipt. I KNOW I am not entitled to a single thing, but it is the handling if the situation that bothers me. I called a few times and they never picked up the phone. I left a message and they never called back. Went to the drive through and the guy says “even if you had the receipt, you need to talk to the GM, and they are not here.” He then told me the next shift the GM would be there. I asked if they could take my info and the guys says, “no. Come on their next shift.” Basically brushing me aside like I can just curtail my life (running a business and being a full-time single dad) to the single shift where I know the GM will be there. A few days later I am close and swing by. Same guy gets called over (I know because he says “yeah i talked to you and told you when the GM was going to be here.”). Tells me the GM “just left” and that i have to come during their shift.

This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I try this place every month or two and every single time i have to wait 5-10mins to order and they are out of half the menu. The manager should be fired if there even is one. Their work ethic is zero Fs given. They probably have it put up on the wall. This trip two items weren’t in the bag and no gravy on the famous bowl or side order of potatoes.

The lady who works the drive thru window is lazy and disrespectful to customers. I waited for her to take my order for 10 minutes. I thought maybe the speaker was broken so I proceeded to the window i waited there 5 minutes only to be told to drive back around so she could take my order. Totally unacceptable customer service and extremely rude.
