They somehow managed to make the fried chicken soggy. I asked for no gravy on my mashed potatoes but ended up with a flood of gravy. The Mac and cheese was a watery consistency. And I was rushed in the drive thru even though I was the only car there.

This was the first time I have ever been to KFC. I placed my order 30 minutes prior to me showing up. When I arrived I was informed that they had ran out of food. Given the fact that I had already paid, I was quite upset. The staff told me to receive a refund I had to call the customer service number. I was on hold for 25 minutes before being told I would receive a refund. Btw, I still haven’t received my $20. This experience was crazy, the staff was pretty rude as well.

Placed an order that said would be ready for pick up at 7:05pm. Got here and was told it would be 8 more minutes. 30 minutes later when asking about the food someone mentions in the background they forgot the chicken and the assistant manager had used it for other orders. Guy with braces(identified himself as assistant manager) at the front was incredible unprofessional and when asked how to reach the general manager for a complaint he refused to give that information. Said it would then be 20 more minutes for them to drop some more as if that’s acceptable.

They forgot my 2nd famous bowl! I live in another town.. checked before i left thinking they were both there. Tried call and the phone just rings.. everything else was awesome.. sad for paying for 2 bowls and getting just one! Lost out on money!!

The pride of working does not exist at this location. They will make you wait so best be prepared to do just that. Food is great, service is non existing. Not the employees fault, it’s management for allowing employees to lack motivation, clarity and respect.

Tried twice to get a bucket of chicken two different times. 2 hours before close were out. The other time out of dark meat and only got dry breasts and wings. Really wouldn’t recommend coming after 6p. Multiple instances of them being out of items in the evening

Went through drive through. Ask for two pot pies .was told they wouldn’t be ready for 24min . Said I would be right back. Ten minutes later , I came back knowing I had 14 minutes before pot pies where ready and was told they where totality out . By By KFC ,5th time for your bullshxt same location.
