We got our food through drive through. We ordered the 20 dollar box. I just want to say that our food took a long time. But nothing was fresh. Everything was hard, greasy, old and chewy. The fries were old. It was disgusting. We did not any of it. The macaroni was ok. Disappointed in Buda Texas KFC

I visited at lunchtime. This is by far one of the best KFC’s I have visited in years. Friendly staff. Clean dinningroom and bathrooms. I ordered a 4 peice meal (all dark meat). The chicken was large peices none had broken bones, and it was very fresh. It was cooked perfectly, all were evenly breaded with good color. Coleslaw was very fresh also. Keep up the good work!!

In the past month, I have gone through the drivethru at the Buda KFC and sat in the line over 20 minutes each visit. To make things worse they totally messed up my order each visit. Tonight I ordered all white meat original recipe. I got old dried out extra crispy legs & wings. It looked like it had been left under the heat light for hours. I paid for breast meat original recipe! I called 15 times when I got home but no one answers & they disconnected.Awful service

Went to KFC today and was extremely disappointed. I bought the 12 piece tender family meal and spent almost $40 for what seemed to be some frozen tenders that looked like they were bought at the Wal-Mart behind the KFC in the same shopping center. Also the sides seemed like they were just heated in a microwave. I hadn’t been here in a while so I was not aware that they changed the items on the menu. I recall coming here and actually getting real chicken tenders. The tenders we ordered were so small they looked like they belonged on the kids meal. To spend that kind of money and get this kind of product should be criminal. I will never come back to this KFC (if any at all anymore) ever again. One more fast food joint I won’t be visiting. Cooking at home more often is going to become more regular at this point.

I got LJS, hubby got KFC. Food was good, but the whole entire floor was slippery. Like covered with grease. There were yellow signs up, but I had to hold onto the tables when walking. I thought I would fall. Not a good situation for the elderly.

A few weeks back, we went to the Buda KFC location, we had to wait a while for our food despite there being no que. The food was terrible! It was so disappointing and a waste of money. I’ve traveled around the world and been to many KFCs, and this has to be by far the worse. The nuggets were hard and dried out. I suspect they had been sitting there all day. My daughter could not eat them as they were so hard. The chicken was undercooked. I suspect it had been taken out too early. We ended up trashing all the food as it wasn’t edible. Do not waste your time or money going here. There are so many better places nearby.
