Their chicken , mashed potatoes, and corn was hot , fresh , and delicious. The KFC sauce and ranch was amazing. The service was fast and fantastic. The only complaint is about those hard biscuits. I thought we were going to bite into some soft , warm biscuits that would be perfect with their honey.

Very rude. Stood there waiting, and no one would attend me. I waved at one of the ladies, and all she did was look and then look away. 5 workers, and the place wasn’t busy. Another guy came and he started waving at the employees and they ignored him too. He even said “anybody?” The workers were just chatting around and one guy was attending the one customer at the drive through. Afterwords someone finally came and attended me, the other customer had left. Once my online order was ready, no one said anything to me. They just put it in the online order section even though I was standing in front of the counter. No interactions what so ever.

Worst experience on the island. I understand that working in the fast food industry has to be taxing and definitely underpays, but c’mon… put some effort. First of all, the place was empty (wondering why). I stood by the cash register for a while and everyone in the back kitchen was looking at me but no one said ANYTHING or offer to help. The guy that finally approached me and took my order was borderline rude. He kept back talking to me about my order arguing they changed the menu and I was ordering wrong. I’m going back solely because the chicken is still delicious. If it’s still open when I get back.

Order food here. While I was waiting on the food The Cook’s sneezed in the kitchen. I asked did he have a mask on the cashier just laughed saying well he’s not here he’s in the back and it was the cook. I said that’s the problem. I grabbed my food prayed over it and just left. There was no big deal when the cook sneezed in the kitchen. BEWARE!

I’ve gone plenty of times during this past year while working in SPI and they always manage to get my order wrong i ask for no pickles and that’s the first thing i smell when opening my sandwich how hard can it be to listen and not add pickles they never even have customers or people in the drive through so i Dont understand how they can get an order wrong when they’re not busy or attending to other customers
