Went to drive thru, and all I ordered was a classic bowl that had mash potatoes, corn, cheese, and gravy. And it was a bit of a nightmare. They’ve changed this bowl from when it was originally made, which was from good to bad. Well, I get to my work, and I open the dish as I knew what was in it. And to my surprise I was like wth is this? It was a dish with basically wannabe Mash potatoes cuz they were so clear looked weird the texture was weird, hardly corn I’m like where is it, had cheese you can tell it was melted, and the nuggets like 4 pieces seriously I paid $6.80 for an unknown portioned bowl of what I thought it use to be. And have u in mind they hyped the price they used to be $5.00. Now it was $6.80 if I would have known I was to get this, I should have ordered real chicken from the start. Maybe the full meal deal would equal value or less. Sheesh people come on. Now I called and asked for management said I can go back to exchange or redo are u serious I drove one way that way now to go back and lose more time I only have an hour and traffic don’t help. Anyway, she says we’ll that’s how the bowl is more potatoes the amount is this 2 Scoops of Mash Potatoes 1/2spoon corn could of fooled me more like 1/2 of tea spoon. Then 4 nuggets cheese and gravy. I’m shook! No, I’m not ordering this ever again and especially for 4 freaking measly nuggets. Who are you kidding, KFC? Get real, man. Then she gives me no receipt so save your money guys it’s not worth the $6.80 for just this bowl. Order something else or go elsewhere.

So sad that manager on drive through was super rude. She should just have someone else take over if she’s not in a good mood. Worker’s looked more friendlier than her. She replied with an attitude like, we don’t have any, I can’t give you fries with your order with such an unpleasant face.

I Went through the drive through. My wife order a $5.99 meal and I asked for a small cup of water. At the window the GM is working and charges me $8.85 I asked thats doesnt sound right. He doesn’t say anything so I asked did u charge me for the cup of fosid water, he than states yes. I was like wow please give me my receipt. So he has to print the last 30 receipt he has not been giving to the customers before he can hand my over and sure enough he charge me for a médium drink a mountain dew at that $2.19 for a small cup of fosid water. I then went inside and told him, ok fine! so you charge me for the water, ill pay for the fosid water but why did you charge me for a médium cup when u gave me the small one. Like the kids meal type. He then states that is the médium cup And trys to give me a large cup as if he’s doing me a favor. Of course I didnt grave it but this is to let the other customers know to get your receipt at this location and take a good look of what this people are charging. Online the médium cup for KFC say its 20oz. Well I have a full bottle of water 16.9 oz and put it in the so called “médium drink cup” and the bottle of water still has about 2 oz of water remaining. So he sold me a 14 oz cup for $2.19. This is high way robbery. Pictures are on the bottom.

I went to KFC today for lunch. I ordered a chicken little meal a pot pie meal and an extra chicken little on the side. Instead of individually wrapping the sandwiches like they NORMALLY do they decided to wrap them all together. And the paper wasn’t even big enough to hold all 3. This is literally how I pulled the food out of the bag.
