When to order . At 11.05 and the girl told me they’re short of staff and they don’t have food ready. And the girls was working there for 3 days only. She was nice but the manager even show up . Is not the first time this store is a mess you need new staff .

On May 26, 2023, my family and I went through the drive through at the KFC/LJS on leopard and violet in annaville. A young man named George who I was told was the manager in training, was extremely rude and lacking of professional integrity. He seemed panicked and in a rush even though they weren’t busy. When I arrived at the window I asked if my meal came with coleslaw, he abruptly said “NO! You get fries dude”. I politely asked if I could get an order of coleslaw, he yelled out to a crew member. “I NEED A COLESLAW, THIS GUY JUST ORDERD IT NOW, AND I DONT WANT TO ARGUE”. I was very offended and it took every bit of strength I had to not drive around, go inside, and throat punch this guy. George, manager material you are not!!! Choose a career where you don’t have to interact with the public. Because the service industry is not for you. My family, friends and I will not return to your establishment as long as you’re employed there

The also do long john and man that fish n hushpuppies are so hard and cold the hushpuppies you can throw around that’s how hard they are lol the employees are nice and respectful but the fish n hushpuppies need to be fresh not sit there because they were so greasy and cold never had a problem before but this time I was upset the Mac n cheese tasted nasty it was watery

Always a 20 minute wait, they never have anything. Service is non existent. Everytime I come in here for deliveries there’s 5 people huddled up talking and a several minute wait before I’m ever approached. Dude just said he has enough chicken for 10 piece and an hour wait before there’s more that’s insane.

This is for the long john silvers in here. Everything was very salty. Look like it’s all fried in same oil. Shrimp, fish, fries all of it but what got me was the hushpuppies. They were fried so much that there was no batter I’m them. Took a bit and it just fell apart .VERY VERY VERY DEEP FRIED.
