Horrible place, it was very messy and took about an hour to get my food so I didn’t have time to eat on my lunch break. The food was burnt and the worker who I believe was the manager had an attitude and when we told him the order was wrong and showed him what we ordered online he said he was only putting what he saw on his order screen and didn’t take it back, never ordering from here again

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life by far. And I love KFC. But I won’t be going back to this one ever until a lot of changes are made. The district manager needs to get involved because clearly the manager there now could care less. I’ve tried it more than once hoping it would be better…. But it just gets worse. Talk about definition of insanity. I went there on yesterday afternoon. My chicken was cold. Old. And dry. Not to mention they gave me crispy….anyway, after asking me do I want original or crispy. They don’t have everything they advertise on the menu. So you have to pretty much buy what they want you to. The last time I was there….. about a year ago. I asked for Macaroni and cheese as a side. They still gave me mashed potatoes at the drive thru. So I go inside to let them know, they reach for a bag on the counter that was waiting, for me or someone. I get home and realize why they gave me mashed potatoes. Because the Macaroni and cheese was scraped from the bottom of the pan. Literally. They need to close this location. Change management. Or take down the sign with the KFC logo. Because that’s not what your buying.

Worst, most unprofessional establishment ever been to. . That’s saying a lot with how badly customer service has declined in the past 10 years. Waited 20 minutes for food with no notice that it was going to take so long. Rude and condescending employee, rude and horrible manager only for my order to be wrong. I was refused the GMs name and contact info and refused the managers name to submit a complaint. I’ve never heard of a company that didn’t not provide this information. Never again. I either I had the option for zero stars.

Every time I go, people get their orders before me even tho I ordered before. Never been to a fast food restaurant or any place to where I ordered online, or ahead of time and it took over 30 minutes to receive my order. Worst kfc location known to man. If no stars were an option I’d definitely choose that. Had people from the drive through go in and complain that they also waited over 40 minutes. Called the location over 10 times. They didn’t answer what so ever. All slow workers, been plenty of times to see the faces of workers that have been there for months or even years. They still can’t get it together. Very sad, pathetic even.

Went to KFC at around 9:00pm. The one in Portland, TX. We decided to go inside and order. Well right before we even order anything… closing manager says they are not frying any more chicken and it’s around 9:00 pm.. HELLO…. Y’all close at 10:30 …. not that I wanted their greasy chicken. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and tenders with Mac and cheese. We Always check the order before we leave and as always something is missing…2 Mac and cheese missing. We go to counter and tell them… mgr says they are in the bag so I take chicken sandwiches out of the bag and drop empty bag on the counter and she looks inside the bag…. That’s when I tell her I know what Mac and cheese looks like and it’s not in the EMPTY BAG. They look at us like we are hiding the Mac and cheese
