Today we had a great experience at this location. Fast food is fast food. What can make a difference is always the people that work there. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Sara. I have never felt so welcomed at any fastfood restaurant as we did today. The sign over the exit door says “Thanks*don’t be a stranger.”. I will definitely visit this location more. Thank you guys for the great service! And the food was delicious.

The worst!!! Pull up to the drive thru and silence, when I say hello person on the other end says “yea?” And then more silence. Finally order my food, 8 piece family combo, pay and then told “ok we’ll bring it out, go to the front”. I park where there are other cars waiting, teen comes out stops at each car with a bag of food trying to figure out what car it belongs to, meanwhile all the other teens working are laughing and playing around inside and not working, clearly the manager in duty can’t run the store. Finally get my food get home to feed the kids only to see that the 8 piece chicken I received was wings, bone that was pretty much fried (little to no meat), and soggy. I call to speak to said manager, Juan only to be told to call back tomorrow when I assume the general manager will be in, Austin.

Employee looked at me and then clocked out , I waited in the lobby for a while being patient but then it got out of hand so I started calling for someone to take my order. The shift leader I would assume was just sitting in the back talking on the phone before he even came up to me just saying “what do you want, here or to go”. Very unprofessional and rude. The manager first said they only had the dark meat in original because I asked for a wing so I said I wanted white meat tell me why a manager does not know the difference of white meat and gave me a nasty dried up thigh. The piece was WRONG the Style was WRONG and you are so Wrong for not getting my order Right. Then putting your phone off the hook so I couldn’t Call. I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a 12 Piece family meal. Although they were practically out of everything. They still did a good job in serving before they closed and It was overall a great experience. Food was hot and fresh and overall experience was better then expected.

The restaurant is usually clean so there’s no complaint there. It takes a while to get your order taken, but once it is the food comes out fast. The food comes out hot, but sometimes the chicken appears to be overheated.
