This is a Bogus Fried Chicken not a KFC, that’s for sure. Like others in the reviews the people at this restaurant magically decide to not have chicken available 2 hours from closing time (around 8:30pm). I wasted my time tonight ordering two small meals, during which the attendant told me that I would have to wait 16 minutes for them to cook some regular recipe chicken. In addition, the attendant told me that they had ran out of dark meat chicken and that my order would have to be white meat only.

The manager Casey is unbelievably rude. Has zero customer service skills. Want to be contacted by a general manager or someone above him. This person needs to be let go.
