This place is horrible. Only positive thing i can say is the employee working the window was nice. My main complaint is on the food. Fries were rock hard, they just crumble into dust when you bite into them. Ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal, got 3 and ⅙ chicken strips and about 13 rock dust french fries. Im guessing the cook was hungry and took a big boy bite out of the 4th chicken strip, god knows where the 5th strip is right now. I am curious to know how they managed to get the chicken strips to be both horribly dry and bubble gum chewy?

The food is good but I can’t give 5 stars because they can’t count chicken usually short 1 or 2 pieces, 7 out of 10 trips I’d say. You can’t take the chicken out of the bucket and count it in the drive, you’ll burn your fingers, I’ve tried. My home is too far to return for a piece or 2 of chicken anyway. When you pull up to the booth often they tell you that they need a few minutes B4 they let you order even if the previous car is already at the window when you pull up, what’s up with that.

Poor customer service will never be going back. I ordered all my items buffalo and got my burger with 2 pickles and mayo with a hair inside yet no buffalo. My Nashville tenders I ordered them buffalo and got chicken with a plate full of grease at the bottom no buffalo whatsoever. My other item was okay.

Beware: VERY SLOW SERVICE! Placed on order online. Arrived at the store at the time that the online order stated my food would be ready. Had to stand in the dining room waiting for 40 MINUTES to get my food. 60 MINUTES after I completed the online order!! Perhaps the SLOWEST service I have ever experienced!!
