Ordered via App for $10 bucket of 8 piece. I know they can do a good job here because they have several times….but not this time. I got there about 10 minutes after placing the order. The app notified that the order should have been ready 4 minutes ago as I walked in to pick it up. I showed them my order number, they all acted like this was the first time they were informed on this order. They told me 16 minutes…smh. OK, so I go sit in the truck and wait. Come back in after 16 minutes, its still not ready. They told me 6 minutes. At this point Im asking calmly and politely, why do they keep giving me a new expectation on when my order will be ready if they are not going to make that happen. They didnt like me having an opinion. I waited the 6 minutes, and returned…still not ready. Now Ive been watching several other folks get there, order, get their chicken, and leave, but Im still waiting. I told them this. They didnt like this either. Finally 30 minutes after I got there, they put 8 pieces of chicken in a bucket and bagged it up, then set it on the counter without a word. No apology, no nothing. The chicken appeared to be on the trays. So why are they not filling my order? I paid it online before I left my driveway. I responded to their satisfaction survey online, and explained this, but have not received a call, or any other reply. Yall suck at this. Bad attitudes, and bad service.

Today is my mother’s birthday and we went to kfc to get her food and go home. We ordered all that we wanted, mind this isn’t close to our house, and they forgot exactly what we came there for. The thing my mom wanted. SO, me and my dad had to drive all the way back and spend maybe an extra 40 minutes getting food and wasting gas to get what we ordered. They need to make sure they pack what they charge us for next time.

2 x I’ve gotten food and something was missing or wasn’t done. 1st time biscuits were not done. Oh and today the 2nd time missing 2 large sides. I don’t understand stand because they weren’t packed. I spent $60.06 and was missing 2 large mash potatoes and gravy. I live to far just to jump in my car and go back.

Drive thru section isn’t the best it’s really glitchy. Lady taking my order got my order wrong. Ordered the double down sandwich combo but the cheese and bacon on the sandwich were still really cold. Wouldn’t recommend.

A long standing location appears to lack from either quality control or training. Ordered several Mac n cheese bowls for my kids. The bowls were barely filled halfway and chicken was dry & chewy. The wait for regular chicken was about 45 minutes as they advised they were behind on orders. It’s sad considering the inside dining was almost empty and the drive through was not backed up. And to top it off I paid for a large chocolate cake, but when I arrived home I found a small cake in the bag. Tonight’s field trip into Dickinson to satisfy our KFC craving was disappointing to say the least.
