Ordered food thru drive thru, girls were laughin and playing around. I waited almost 35 min for food. Was asked to replace sides because she said the cook was not there and it ain’t her problem. The chicken was very cold. They forgot my sides and my extra biscuits that I ordered. I’m sorry but I think this will be the last time I go to KFC. If you want quality and hospitality do yourself a favor go dont go here.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken strips with mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and KFC sauce… I got 5 spicy wings, mashed potatoes, and no sauce… after it was repeated back like 3 times… this is the…. fourth time my KFC order has been wrong at this location, and also not the first time that we’ve been met with a lot of attitude for just showing up. It took forever to get helped at the front counter, and they only had water bottles, and caprisun to drink. I ordered the mac and cheese bowl and its like i ordered a bowl of greese, not to mention the restaurant is filthy from the inside, restrooms no soap or papertowels.

Always receive the worst service at this KFC location. Ordered and waited in line, was told the tenders would take 3 minutes and was asked to pull up. Waited more than 10 minutes. Eventually pulled back around the drive through and they had totally forgotten about us waiting and had given our food to someone else. Waited a further 10 minutes to get refunded.
