Horrible. I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl but got whatever this is instead. The food was literally swimming in grease. I didn’t care for it to be replaced, my appetite was ruined. Customer service could use some improvement as well. First and last time visiting this kfc.

So today I placed the order a KFC through the drive-through I asked for a three-piece combo crispy chicken with gravy in a biscuit the biscuit with hard the mashed potatoes was old and I got original chicken that was old as well now the person who took my order with TAMMIE when I call the store I spoke to her she told me she did not take my order but clearly that’s the person that’s on the receipt

We we’re a little upset cause this location didn’t have what we came for except one. We came for a double down and was only one left and there was 5 of us in the car really wanting to try it needless to say everyone of us we’re upset but we went ordered something else. I thought KFC usually have potato wedges they were like no we have French fries but no wedges I could of sworn that they do sell wedges tho. It’s whatever tho we ate are food it was good we we’re satisfied with what we were given

My order was totally wrong after I paid extra for special requests. Ordered original, got Krispy. Ordered 2 breast, got 2 thighs. I didn’t check until I got home 20 min away. Horrible service. And they did not want to replace my order. I won’t be going back.

We visited this establishment specifically to try the new Chicken Nuggets! Absolutely LOVED them! In fact, we have been back TWICE since for more nuggets! The service was EXCELLENT, fast, courteous, and efficient!

Hadn’t eaten KFC in years because it was so bad, but last week I was in Carrollton, KY and said KFC should be good in Kentucky and it was very good like when I was a little kid like ok after all this time they’ve fixed somethings. Nope here in Houston it’s not the same actually not good at all no seasoning, falling apart, hard biscuit. The best part of this meal was the cole slaw.

Usually the food is good here but both my boyfriend and I didn’t enjoy the taste of the food. The chicken was bland and tasteless. He said the coleslaw wasn’t good either and he eats KFC on the regular. Guess they were having a bad day

Came in for lunch and it took them 40 minutes for just five tenders how does it almost take an hour for food to be made I was sat there with other customers watching them all leave before me but arrived after me so unprofessional and happens on a regular basis if you have that much trouble with that many people either get better management or close the building they need to do waaaaay better sad excuse for a restaurant seeing how other locations are way better and after all that I was given additude by the employees because I wanted to cancel my order
