Friendly staff, clean store but the wait was ridiculous for no one else in there and the food was not good. The biscuits were cold and dry, the chicken was cold and rubbery, she said the gravy was on the side with the mashed potatoes and it wasn’t, and they forgot my honey mustard that I assume I paid for (not the first time with that one either)

Food ordered was 8 piece chicken strips family meal. Chicken was so over cooked it was not edible. Served MUSH POTATOES not mashed. How anyone could serve this says more about the service and leadership than any words could. Absolutely pathetic so not eat at this restaurant.

This place is horrible. I am never coming again. I never write these things that’s how bad the food and the service was. I came there on a Wednesday night after my Amazon job, They literally (no exaggerating) made me wait 45 minutes for the chicken macaroni and cheese bowl, biscuit and fries with hardly any customers. And all would’ve been forgiven had I at least got an apology. Nothing. They could’ve cared less. I hate the idea of these posts because customers can be hard to please. But they were so unkind and disrespectful, they deserve whatever comes from this little post.

I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:15 p.m. I did get there late about 6:25 I was told the chicken was still cooking which I was fine with fresh chicken is the best so 20 more minutes go by still nothing at this point my order was about 40 minutes late I had to go back to the counter and ask what happened with my order otherwise I probably would have sat a whole hour .. Point being my order was completely gross the original chicken i order was all soggy and and some under cooked and i only live 8 mins away so it was a quick drive home… Young kids were working the kitchen which is not an issue we all have to work and learn but they really need to better organize and train people better…

August 28th went in around 8pm ordered a 5 peice kids meal with a Mac and cheese the added a large fry to the order. They didn’t give me my Mac and decided to just give me a kids fry instead. That’s 4.99 extra I spent and was scammed. I will not return. This is ridiculous.

The cashier/server was OUTSTANDING…being they were short staffed, she handled herself professionally and was very poised as the evening rush came in. She was very attentive to customers orders and helped prepare orders for the counter AND drive through. Cudos to her!!!

Terrible. It’s like they’re trying to be. I’m certain they intentionally hire people who cannot read. I ordered essentially two meals one of which included the most expensive item on the menu. That one didn’t arrive funnily enough. When you call you get someone who is obviously being barely polite because they want to keep their income, not because they care at all. Naturally they can’t really do anything about it.
