This is the 3rd bad experience in a row and the last. They sold me old nuggets & fries at 7:27 PM. The manager waited on me and had no problem selling me old product. These nuggets and fries are unmistakably old as if cooked at lunch. I couldn’t eat but was too tired to return to the store. I will just go into the KFC in Waco.

Last time I ordered an eight piece tenders, and eight piece original recipe chicken , they had sealed the bag so when I got home I had an eight piece chicken kinda soggy crust but ok , and to my surprise I did not have my eight piece tenders . Instead I had an box of biscuits. I called and they told me they were sorry to come back and get the tenders. I live in the next town over but I went back. NOW this time I ordered the same today and I picked up my order it was in a paper handle bag , when I get home I have the tenders 4 decent size and 4 looked like the size of my thumb. That was disappointing, in the other box I had two chicken breast, one was nice the other was torn up on the skin (missing ) there was two wings the size of my newborn baby’s fist , smallest wings I ever saw. It was not soggy today though. Cooked nice just I think they went out of their way to pick the smallest on over half my order. My teenage grandson was not happy over his chicken tenders looking like chicken nuggets.and the chicken wing is so small see picture , that actually opens and has bones like a wing , but must be baby chicken wing

Great food.i have been 1000 times. I have never had a good unsweetened tea it always tastes like it’s a week old it’s like they just don’t throw out the tea from yesterday and it’s always like that. So I’d get drinks form somewhere else. I’m sure there soft drinks are fine but I don’t drink that stuff.

Would give zero stars if I could. The fries were burnt af and the sandwich I got was FULL of mayonaise couldn’t even taste the chicken. Another thing, they literally threw everything into the bag with no care whatsoever. Lastly, the service was very poor. I do not recommend going the Hewitt KFC, you’re better off taking that trip to the one on valley mills.

I have enjoyed and loved KFC for close to 60 years. My favorite has always been the 2pc snack box, all dark, original. It came with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. KFC no longer carries it. You can only get one if you pay for the drink, that now comes with it as a combo. If you order it without the drink, it’s the same price as with the drink. The drink must be worth something because when I asked for the free drink, only, they refused to serve it to me. I tried two different KFC stores, same result at both. Time for Church’s.

I would like to thank this KFC for reminding me I should just eat at home. Apparently along with our economy in the dumps so is your food. It’s sad because y’all used to have good chicken. Instead I got chicken that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 5 hours and not crispy at all. I’m currently eating a corn dog instead.

They are very rude!!!! I asked questions and they were disrespectful. And then I was missing things and they snatched the bag out of my hand and they put it in there. I asked for 2 seperate gravy’s and they gave me one. So I asked about it and she’s like “I gave you a large. That equals 2” like you don’t have to be rude. I will not be coming back. The chicken was so soggy and biscuits were under everything just in the bag smooshed. I will not be coming back here

Had to change dinner plans so we ran to go pick up KFC, we got the 12 piece family bucket in original. There was a wait after the order bc they needed to make the Mac and cheese. When we got home the chicken was so soggy like it had been sitting out for hours, but with the amount of time we had to wait for the Mac they could have gave us more fresh. Chicken. Then to top it all off there was a grey hair in the fries, and of course we didn’t notice we didn’t get a receipt until after noticing how bad everything was at home
