Im usually a regular at this location. Today was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered 3 different plates. 1 for myself and 2 for my coworkers. When we got the food. It was obvious that it was old and had been sitting out. Fries were dark and tough the oil hasn’t been changed. Biscuits were hard and dry. I ordered original chicken and it was burnt beyond belief. It was not edible. The store manager began to argue with me about the condition of the chicken. I will not being going back and I would like to warn people about the quality of the food as well as the unprofessional service that was displayed to me today.

I’ve come here many times being that I live in Midlothian and I’ve have not one relatively positive experience. This time I got a famous bowl with an order of fries. I asked for my chicken on the side and was given 4 small, soft chicken nuggets (not the normal crispy, popcorn-like chicken that is supposed to go inside). At the window I asked for a single packet of ranch and was charged for it (that was the one and only condiment I had asked for, but was still charged). And of course, like every single visit I’ve ever had here, the customer service is absolutely awful. From the moment you pull up to the drive-thru speaker to the moment you get your food to head off, they are so unwelcoming and RUDE. I don’t think this location has one single employee here who has the decency to treat their customers with respect. It’s the same awful experience every time.

We had a big order 3 6 pieces of chicken and chicken nuggets to be picked up at 11:00 am. We arrived at 11:00 tried to go in and door was locked. Went through the drive threw she asked for the name on the order and was told 3 times she asked so we told her the order. We were told to pull the other side, we pulled up to window to show order and she said she did not have one for that name. She said she was working on the order and that she was the only one there. We parked and another lady let a man inside. Not very pleasant to talk with. Just think customer service could of been a lot better.

This location needs to be shut down or taken over by a whole new staff. They will see someone pull in their lot and have someone go lock the door so you have to do drive thru only. They don’t listen to what you ask for then get an attitude when you correct them. I see why they lose so many customers.

Everyone was rude. Drive-thru only. Took us a minute to decide and they didn’t like that. These restaurants that do Drive-thru only, why? Just to save work later? So annoying. Weren’t clear on side choices and just generally belligerent.

At around 5pm 5/6/23 placed order at drive through not only was the employee not listening to the order but became rude and she and another employee had a laugh as he came to her…she declined our order as if my card didn’t work but clearly was working and because of this rude behavior will never ever do business here as long as the 2 employees work there. #worstservice
