Came through the drive-through at about 4 o’clock. Ordered an eight piece with double mashed potatoes. Drove 30 minutes home to open the box to seven pieces of burnt chicken literally burnt with two sides of gravy. No mashed potatoes called the store which answered. No one responded left the phone off the hook for two hours until the next next shift manager came in. She said training a bunch of 15-year-old who don’t care. FYI check your food before you leave.

The fries were not hot. The large fry the trying to give us wasn’t even close to full to the brim. The cashier at the window had a bad attitude when we pulled back around to get the fries fixed. Might try earlier in the day…might not return. That was the first time back since they got rid of the potato wedges. The attitude of staff makes a HUGE difference…not pleased.

I have done the online order twice and twice KFC has gotten it wrong. This last time when I arrived to pick up I asked them to verify my order and they looked and said it was correct BUT AGAIN THEY GOT IT WRONG. Geez not too bright or they dont care

They take 10+ orders and make everyone pull around to the front to wait 30-45 on the food even when there are no cars in line behind you. They don’t give a receipt so you can see how much they charge your card and SLAM the window. The girl comes out with food not knowing who ordered what because there are sooooo many cars parked waiting for their DRIVE THRU order. After waiting longer than it would take to actually go somewhere and sit down to eat a hot meal, you get cold dry chicken and none of the condiments you asked twice for because they said “remind me at the window”. Worst “fast food” restaurant in town. There’s no reason for it to be like this if they are operating under normal circumstances and this is the second time they’ve done this that I’ve seen and it’s a different crew, different day. They really need to get it together. I don’t see how this place stays in business. I won’t make this mistake a 3rd time, that’s for sure!
