Food good but looked like nothing. Service lacking at this spot just as other reviews have stated. I don’t even work fast food but i can’t stand when people pull up and immediately start ordering or saying HELLLOOOOO not respecting that they may need a moment before they acknowledge you. They could possibly be helping a customer at the window. You can’t tell from the speaker at this location so when I pulled up I knew what i wanted but waited for them to greet me. I didn’t have a timer set but I had waited so long to the point where I thought maybe they were closed even though it was 1pm so I finally said helloooo… no response. I waited probably another 10 seconds and said are you open… is anyone there? 2 people finally came on the speaker. They both apologized. I don’t know what the what they were doing but it was ridiculous. There were now 3 other cars behind me at that point. Also when I pulled around there was no one at the window either. So I don’t know what was going on.

If all you can speak is English DO NOT go here the manager speaks Spanish only and they don’t carry wings according to the new girl that just moved here. I question it but she told me no wings they stop making them. I thought that to be strange so I called the one at Hardwood and they did have them. It is the hot wing they are going to discontinue. So if you want good service from a KFC go to the one on Hardwood

Just got DoorDash to deliver a 3 piece chicken strip dinner for my granddaughter. It arrived with only two strips. My attempt to call and report this error resulted in being hung up on without a word three times. Pretty poor service for a KFC

This is a KFC/Taco Bell dual store..we love the $5 boxes. I decided to try the $5 nacho fry box..nacho fries, cheese sauce for dipping, one double decker taco, one doritos nacho cheese taco, medium drink..the fries were kinda cold, not much flavor on their own..the nacho sauce adds a nice kick. The guy working the drive thru was very pleasant, and all smiles. Food came out quickly and accurately.
