Me and my family are regulars here, we Were regulars, ordered sweet tea, got Pepsi, when asked, we were told ” no, you ordered Pepsi” couldn’t even switch it? Well the petty $ it would have cost to switch it is gonna cost them $$$$$ in the long run. We will just go to Chicken Express.

Came here before closing and was told we could not get certain items on the menu due to the workers cutting the fryers off before closing so we would have had to get food that had been sitting..VERY DISAPPOINTED spoke with manager and she said im not cutting the fryers back on im bout to close in 15 min won’t be back if this is how buisness is done

They were not very friendly then I had to take mine back it was not what I ordered he looks at me and said I could not tell the difference ( I ordered a wing and breast and was given a wing and thigh ) he got visibly upset took me tray put a breast on top of it handed it back never saying anything else. I understand your busy but I was also a customer. Will not be going back

so i order a door dash and i ordered 2 famous bowls and 2 drumsticks. THEY ONLY GAVE ME ONE DRUMSTICK!!! so i called and the lady was being so rude saying it didn’t show up on her screen that it was our fault. i don’t know how it could possibly be my fault!! plus no silverware. PLUS it took them 30 minutes to get here when i live 5 minutes away. overall not happy.
