Nasty, just nasty. Chicken was dry and foul, like “roadkill”. Potato’s dry and skimpy portion, corn was cold and small portion. Price was listed as $19.99 for 8 piece family w/ 2 sides. Biscuit’s were old and hard. Drive thru lady had tons of attitude and rolled her eyes at me 3 times due to the fact that she mumbled and I ask her to repeat herself. My total was $ 29.22 not even close to advertised price. My phone calls were never answered. Do not go to this KFC!!!! Gravy was ok.

Arrived and upon checking my order discovered two items were missing. Went to the car and checked my receipt and discovered that I was missing and ordered of French fries. Went in to get them and guy at the counter just handed my some out in the open. Not in a bag, covered up or anything. We got home and ate because it was $40 for my order and chicken was not crispy and fries were cold and soggy. I do not appreciate the service we received while their. You think for what you pay it would be better than that. The lack of customer service and car and quality was terrible. I don’t generally go to kfc because I don’t like it however my mom is is disabled wanted me to stop by and get her some chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes. Needless to say we were disappointed. It’s a shame the lack of effort and customer service there is here, and other places as well. It’s like nobody cares about their work ethic or or quality that they put out anymore.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant in Greenville, I will never come back after my most recent and first experience ordering and eating here. I ordered online ahead of time and still had to wait and once I received my food it was all either old or stale and a part of my order was missing, after I went back and explained that a portion of my order was missing I was offered no help or assistance in how to get a refund. Both the staff and manager were some of the least helpful people I’ve ever come into contact with. Do not waste your time or money here for any reason.

Got a 36 peice nugget for 20 bucks that was smaller than a mcdonald 20 peice. Some were literally the size of my pinky tip. Don’t buy it. Nothing special. McD nuggets are like 1/3 the cost…

The low rating is because this place always smells like a sewer.. I only go there to pick up orders I feel bad for the people that have to work there I don’t know how anyone eats inside. The workers are kind-hearted and the food of course is good but the smell shows the plumbing needs to be completely ripped out and replaced or something it had been this way for years. Sometimes it’s worse than others but it’s always there the smell.

The guy at the front counter had the personality of a potato, while picking up my app order I asked if the sauces were in the bag, he said he thought they were in there since he packed the order himself, guess what 20 mins later after we get home and no sauces were in there, kinda ruins the whole meal since we ordered nuggets.
