Everytime I order at KFC I get 2 mashed potatoes one for me and one for my grandparents [personal sized], but recently starting back a month ago instead of getting 2 potatoes I end up with one potato and an unwanted Mac and cheese. This has even happened when I ordered a family sized mashed potatoes and gravy and you know what I got Mac and cheese with gravy in the side. I’d complain but last time I did some teenager rolled there eyes at me like I’m the problem.

The manager below was rude and embarrassed me in front of her staff…she refused to compensate me for the length of time I had to wait for my food because they stated to me that they didn’t have the fryer on. Horrible customer service and she is super unprofessional. I can’t believe that they have her as a manager. She stated she was not going to compensate me and to give her the food back( during Covid-19) (which is a health hazard). She stated she was not going to give me any number to get further assistance and that I couldn’t have her name and she wasn’t going to provide me with anything else. She did all this while her staff stood there, looking at me. This is not the first time. My mother also had a horrible experience with her. They really need to teach this location great customer service… they ate untrained and rude and I’m extremely hurt and embarrassed.

Well I just went here, after a very exhausting day of office bs, and waited 10 minutes, was not acknowledged even though she saw me up there waiting, she finally gets there, I start my order, only for her to tell me- there’s no coleslaw! I’ve been in this store in Allen when they had nasty rap music playing with vulgar words…. so I hadn’t been here for a while… but thought I’d give it a chance since my family wanted it.. but no… customer was awful… and no coleslaw… hope everyone else has a better experience…. but it won’t be tonight. …

When we entered the restaurant, the floor was mopped wet. Easy for somebody to slip. Person at the counter does not even bother to tell us that the fries sizes are just small and large. Ask her if i can get a medium fries she just says no. No explanation at all. I even told the girl at the counter if they can put a sign where the floor is slippery and she just ignores me. Sorry to say the service on that place really suck. Restroom also stinks and dirty.
