The Ada location needs help and organization training. The drive-thru is a nightmare, and there are always four or five cars in the street waiting. If you are lucky enough to get inside, it’s only a 30-minute wait vs. the hour in the drive thru line. We usually get original. However, I was told they are only cooking extra crispy, and I would have to wait at least an hour or longer if I really wanted it. They were also out of some of the sides. It is like this every day. I don’t recommend stopping at this location unless you have a ton of patience and are willing to only purchase what they have available instead of what you’re hungry for. They leave you feeling like take it or leave it.

I was disappointed with my most recent order. The order was to be 6 biscuits but we only got 4. The mashed potatoes were not full as they should be for the price. I specifically asked for their margarine and honey and got NOTHING. No spoons, forks or napkins. This may seem petty to some but when you pay high prices you want what you pay for. We will not be back for awhile.

The food was fresh and tasty. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. The day I was here, it was rainy and the floor, though dry, was really slippery. They probably need to scrub the floor with degreaser and hot water. The restaurant was seemed clean and they were cleaning off tables as soon as people finished, so that there were tables for new guests. I am impressed by this KFC.

This place was a bit yikes. Ordered a combo and didn’t get to choose my side, it was chosen for me. They also charged me for the wrong combo, but at least graciously gave me the ‘extra’ chicken I’d been charged for when we discovered the problem. The restaurant was dirty and had water leaking in from the ceiling even though it wasn’t raining and hadn’t been recently. The soda machine was out of syrup in several flavors and, much worse, the bathroom was out of soap. They get three stars for service because the woman behind the counter was clearly using the last of her strength to serve chicken as best she could. Get some self care, sister.
