I started my order online and it wouldn’t take my card. I then called and the man who answered said his boss wouldn’t allow call-in orders. I told him I was on my way to pick up 2 of the 16 piece family meals. When I got there I placed my order with the nice female cashier and paid with the same card.

The last 2 times I have had terrible service from the sand springs oklahoma KFC. Had to wait for fresh fries, they brought out a half a box. The 5 dollars for a large fry is bad enough but getting a half box and then them being out of totally every sauce except for ketchup and this is considered 2 of my chicken nuggets. What the heck, this is terrible service. Never going back and I will absolutely spread the word. Not to mention the employees were terrible and slow.

The food was awesome and hot! Logan our cashier was friendly and quick to help out!! Definitely recommend and will be back!! The skinny brunette girl in the back was the only downfall, seemed to be causing chaos and was kinda rude to the other employees

So I have lived in sand springs for about 6 months now and grew up a better part of my childhood here. I was glad to get the opportunity come back here when my family moved this time.. however this whole town needs to take more time and learn the app and online ordering platform now. We have issues every single time we online order. KFC included. There is no corporate number available to see while in the store or general management number for the costumer to see either. This is the 4th time in 6 months I have ordered here at this KFC. All times my order has had items missing or incorrect. This is however the only time a manager treated me with courtesy and corrected the order with a positive attitude. I wish she or anyone had a name tag so I could call her out and give her some good feedback! I was actually a happy customer despite having driven home to find out my order was wrong and having to drive back to get the order fixed.

I was eating my meal in my car. When a vehicle ordered their food pulled up to the window after waiting a while. It was a good 30 min before anyone opened to window. I noticed that the employees were talking to each other but never spoke to the people in the vehicle like we weren’t even there. After a few minutes the employee stoped talking to the other person and then spoke to the family in the vehicle. They looked upset I mean they were waiting at this point 45 minutes. I was already done with my food I just wasn’t sure what was going on. I asked them what had happened and they told me. It took them 45 minutes to eventually tell these people they didn’t have the fries for the order. 45 minutes is outrageous.

I witnessed a women come in aggressive saying that she ordered 2 pieces of white meat and was given a breast and a wing which is white meat. But tried saying isn’t white meat then threw the food back at the employees. I feel so sorry for the manager and the employees the stupidity they deal with.

Placed my order using the app at 9:20 pm, got there around 9:30 pm. Got told they have only a couple of pieces of chicken left and no sides that I ordered. Paid through the app now trying to get my money back. Second time this happened not going back.
