Last time I ordered the fill up box, they didn’t have the chicken. This time, it was all greasy, not remotely crispy like KFC is supposed to be. One of the sauces was missing and it wasn’t even in the box it was supposed to be in, it was in multiple packages, smashed together and crammed in a bag.

The worst service ever. 2 folks ahead of us there order was wrong. After that just us. No one came to take our order for 15 minutes. Many workers walked by didn’t even look at us. So we left ate down the street. Never going back. They are so lazy can’t get orders correct it’s like they are HIGH so sad

One of the most awful experiences. I went to get a big meal for my family and I and the cashier was very disrespectful rude tone of voice. I asked her for specific pieces of dark meat or leg and I was snapped at about they come in a bag and we cant make accommodations like I was aware of their menu or procedure and worked their. Though it’s not the healthiest, I love KFC Original chicken and the biscuits. Mashed potatoes are instant and nasty though, and green beans very salty and cooked to death, so I can’t recommend any of those sides. Service was just okay at drive-thru, she seemed pretty bored to be there.

I hate to be ugly about a place of business….but we hadn’t been to KFC in about a year….due to the fact that they always, ALWAYS mess our order up or leave something out…. CeSaR told me to check and I skimmed….of course my fries and cookie were missing from the bag….annnd cookies in a bag are not fresh baked….

Terrible customer service terrible management who did nothing about the terrible service and actually had the nerve defend their totally rude and disrespectful “teenage” employee. After trying to speak with management again another employee got on the phone who said he was the manager. This why this store is suffering. Franchise owner needs to reevaluate his whole staff cause it’s very unprofessional. Bums from management to the janitor. Used to be my favorite place to go as a kid now it’s ghetto and full of undesirables.

This was terrible! The chic at the window had the nastiest attitude and the manager just said it was because she was frustrated because she’s new. Who gives AF?! There was no accountability, no apology, no customer service, and our order was wrong AND DRY! We ended up getting a refund, but I don’t care how much you want chicken DO NOT GO HERE! MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER and there’s no back bone in the management staff! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if Google didn’t require some kind of rating!
