Nuggets were chewy and obviously old. Ordered 12 and got 8-1/2 that were about the size of a piece of fried okra each. If that’s normal it’s the worst value I can think of. Went back and the person was polite, gave me 4 more, but that was the only positive.

Horrible, horrible KFC. Placed a mobile order, went by about 8pm to pick it up. All doors to lobby locked although there were at least 4 people working and posted closing time for dining room was 9pm. Waited in drive-through lane over 20 minutes. Chicken was rubbery, mashed potatoes and gravy cold and watery, cole slaw was half-filled. Worst of all, employee was rude, never even said a word, just handed me a bag full of $30 worth of trash food and closed the window. Will NEVER go back.

Terrible customer service. 100% one of the worst kfcs I’ve ever been to. Went through the drive thru and ordered a couple of meals, you’d think that’d be simple but the cashier by the name of Shela was one of the rudest people I’ve ever experienced. Just from asking a simple question about my meal or upsizing to a large. Catching attitude about trying to order a sandwich that they apparently no longer serve but was still on the drive thru menu. Not to mention that she can’t even tell you how much your order actually is she told me $25 at the speaker, then when I got to the window she told me $16, I asked her didn’t she say $25 cause thats a huge price difference. She caught attitude again, saying she forgot to add my large sized drink, which apparently that adds $9 dollars to the total? I would not recommend this kfc to anyone.

Family size bucket of chicken with the potatoes We ended up getting a little gravy instead of a large one they got a car cold so I was great and we asked for dark meat because our kids don’t like white men and we got all white meat no butter no honey that was asked for none of that or six experience of Kentucky fried I’ve ever had Thank you

10:51 and they still have the doors locked and won’t answer anyone at the drive through. The lady inside shook her head at me to indicate that they weren’t open or I guess they don’t plan to be. Why post the hours on Google or the door if yall aren’t willing to be open at the times they specified. I’ll go to McDonald’s instead I guess.

Have always loved Kentucky Fried Chicken after going to this store today I wish I could just give it a 0. biscuit was like a hockey Puck, Coast law was stale and not creamy as usually is mashed potatoes and gravy I would give them a one. Girlfriend ordered original chicken came out more crispy, I do not recommend this store for anyone.

Pulled up just before 8pm. Both doors were locked even though it said on the door that they are open until 9p for lobby hours! Saw ann employee on the inside and they didn’t do a thing. Do better KFC.
