My husband picked up dinner for myself and my daughter and it was horrible!!!!! The chicken strips are very small and cold and the chicken potpie was over cooked and the tin was smashed down so there was very very little inside! I will not be back!!!!! This isn’t the first time!!!! I have pics, wish I could post them here. And I’m not a complainer. But these meals sucked!!!!

Customer service is always awful. Disrespectful lady cussed at me while picking my food up from the counter at around 6pm tonight, August 2nd. I don’t blame her though, I’d probably be mad too if I didn’t know simple math. 8+8=16 by the way

The drive thru was fast. Employee was friendly. But this chicken is DRY. Is taste old. My fiance and I both got the #9 chicken tenders, and both boxes taste dry. French fries, biscuit are good. But I won’t be getting this chicken ever again.

Waited for 20 minutes for a kids meal and a 4 piece meal. My chicken is burnt. Kids is also. Order is not what we ordered. Worst experience I’ve ever had for fast food.

Worst kfc I’ve been to. They told me the coupons weren’t working and we waited like 5 min to order through drive through when there was 1 car ahead of us. I’m sure this is why it was a ghost town. KFC used to be worthwhile now its just over priced gas station chicken without the cool gas station cashier….do better KFC.

Worst experience I have ever had at KFC. The workers did not give a rip if there are customers in the building or not. Their language was unacceptable, and one of the workers said “I wish we didn’t have to serve customers in the restaurant”. Mind you this was when I was still eating. Which I threw out more than half of my meal because all I could taste was nasty grease. I ordered the Nashville Hot tenders and they had only a little bit of seasoning on them, see my photo below, and had a layer of grease on the bottom of the container. Whatever seasoningwas on there was just covered with grease. Absolutely horrible experience and anyone working there literally does not care about their customers.

First and last time here. Horrible customer service and mid food. As I’m the only car in the drive-thru they ask me to pull up to wait do to them trying to have good time & numbers. I’ve worked plenty fast food to know that’s against rules, as well as gives them a reason to take their time/be slow. As I told the lady no I’m not required to, she did nothing but argue and keep nagging (Erin). When I get my food it’s not even my complete order. As another employee gives me my food I ask for corporate #. She tells me they are there so I can come inside. As I do so Erin, nagging lady, refuses to give a corporate number or any number that’s higher up for me to report. She said “I don’t know what you want me to do” ♀️ your job maybe???? Just disgusting service from this location.

I ordered the box meal #2 and I requested 3 piece x crispy thighs, meal comes with one side, one biscuit, and medium drink for $9.00 ish. I gave my debit card to pay and was not told a price nor given a receipt. I get home and they messed up my order and charged me $12.00. I did Not get my biscuit, they gave me Diet Pepsi when I ordered regular, and made a substitute on my chicken without asking or informing me. I tried calling to speak with someone but they never answered the phone. Overall Horrible experience. Sorry about the poor review, next time answer the phone.

I like eating at KFC every time I come to the location on 15th and Air Depot they make me wait in the Drive-Thru for 10 to 20 minutes with no one else in the Drive-Thru while everybody inside is joking around and playing. This place needs all new managers and employees………
